Donation Guidelines
- All in-kind donation requests must be submitted online, and the online donation form must be filled out completely in order to be considered.
- Requests can only be made for organizations or charities (we do not accept donation requests for individuals).
- Your organization or charity must be located within Santa Clara County, California.
- Your organization or charity must have a 501(c)3 or tax exempt status. You must provide your organization’s valid tax-ID number to be considered.
- You must request your in-kind donation at least 6 weeks prior to your event.
- I have a limited number of donations available per year, so if you do not receive a donation this time, please try again the following year!

If your organization is receiving a donation from Sheryl M Photography, you will receive a response within 2 weeks.
